In 24 hours I will be competing in my second triathlon in 4 years. It will also be my 2nd triathlon this month. I did the Summer Sizzler Sprint two weeks ago in Hiawassee.

Tonight the wife of a guy I don’t know died after a long battle with cancer. 7:25 PM Susan died. 8:25 PM Elden posted on his blog with the title: Don’t Say She Lost.
