Went for a ride this morning at Blanket Creek. It was cold – real cold. Fourteen degrees with a windchill of one degree cold. Except for my feet I was able to stay warm. Late in the ride my water tube froze because I didn’t stuff it all the way inside my jacket.

I have been thinking about this since September 27, 2009. I have wrestled with my belief that PEM sucks. After much thought and soul searching I have come to the conclusion that PEM still sucks.
